Sports Teams and Athletes
After a sports team session, you will receive approximately 10-25 edited images per athlete within 2 weeks of the session via a Pixieset gallery. Sports team sessions vary in time greatly depending on the number of athletes/poses, but sessions typically last 2-4 hours at your school*. A handful of images can be retouched and/or composited for an additional fee**.
Sports team sessions take place on a white and back background (both full-body 12ft seamless paper). Players cycle through poses on each of the two backgrounds to create collections of images suitable for various usage. Headshots of players and staff on a black background can be added for an additional fee. Sports team sessions are photographed tethered, so you’ll see exactly what’s coming out of the camera as we shoot.
All sports team sessions will have high-resolution images digitally delivered via Pixieset, however, images can also be printed into banners or other physical mediums for an additional fee.*** “Marquee” players can also have standalone environmental photos on the court/field for an additional fee.
*Travel fee is additional flat $50 for Salt Lake County, $75 for Davis, Summit, Wasatch, and Sanpete counties, $100+ beyond. Utah County is complementary.
**Images can be composited (change background) OR retouched (skin blemishes/acne) for $25 an image. Extensive retouching requests are possible, but will incur a higher rate.
***Banners and similar media can be created with the help of third-party businesses, and will include a 15% up-charge on their rate for my time
Sports Team Photo Day (Base) – $2,000*
Based on 20 people total to be photographed with 3-5 poses each between white and black backgrounds – Packages for larger or smaller teams can be negotiated and priced accordingly.
2-4+ hour session at your school, 10-25 edited images per athlete** on white and black backgrounds within 2 weeks
Marquee Player Session – $75 per athlete**
Must be booked with an Sports Team Photo Day. An additional 3-5 poses for an athlete on their field of play as an environmental background. Can also add additional posing to white or black backgrounds.
Player / Staff Headshots – $25 per person**
Must be booked with an Sports Team Photo Day. One smiling and one “game-face” headshot per person on a black background.
Team Photo – $250 / $500*
Three group photos – One of all players, one of all players and coaches, and one of all players, coaches, and support staff. $250 if booked with a Sports Team Photo Day, $500 if booked alone
Individual Athlete Session – $350*
A single player photographed on their field of play as an environmental background. The player will do 5-7 poses and receive approximately 20-40 digital images*** within a week of the session. Cannot be booked at same day/time as Sports Team Photo Day.
